Notice for Abstract and Full Papers Submission and Publication

Abstract Submission and Publication:

Contributions are solicited of original, unpublished works related to the main topics in a symposium of this conference. Abstracts of about 150-300 words should be submitted at www.icfm2023.org.cn not later than Sep 20, 2023. Abstracts should contain paper title, authors’ names and affiliations.
An electronic-version of abstract book will be available for downloading later at website.

Full Papers Submission and Publication:

Accepted full papers will be published in corresponding journals by conference organizers (see the related information under “Publications”) or the Journal of Physics: Conference Series. The full paper manuscripts should be submitted at www.icfm2023.org.cn no later than Oct. 30, 2023, or at the registration desk during the conference. Full papers received will be evaluated according to the requirements of journals. Only those papers which are presented at the conference by one of the authors and have met the requirement (including language and content) of the journals will be accepted and published. Length of full papers are restricted to 8-10 printed pages (about 16-20 manuscript pages) for invited papers and 4-6 printed pages (about 8-12 manuscript pages) for contributed papers.

Notice for publications:

1. Deadline for full paper acceptance is Oct. 30, 2023;
2. Please send your papers to icfm.papers@icfm2023.org.cn;
3. Please specify in the title of your email: “serial number of the journal preferred, author name, serial number of symposium. (e.g. A/姓名/A-01)”，and please also indicate whether to publish your paper in conference proceedings instead in case being rejected by your preferred journals. (The acceptance rate is around 80%)
4. Publications for specific symposium, please contact symposium organizers directly;

国际前沿材料大会会议论文全文收稿要求：

1. 收稿截止时间 2023年10月30日；
2. 收稿通道：请发送至会议指定收稿邮箱：icfm.papers@icfm2023.org.cn
3. 来稿邮件请在邮件主题注明选投期刊编号，投稿人姓名，分会编号。例如：“A /姓名/ A-01”；并请注明，如果论文不被所投期刊录用是否同意在会议论文集发表。（*本次会议所合作期刊对论文要求请直接咨询期刊编辑部。本次会议论文集的录用率在80%）
4. 各分会单独组织的论文发表，请投稿人直接联系分会了解详情；
